Our Project  

After few hours , the submerged creative with all its exposed convexities and saturated concavities finds itself out of water . For few hours , it will stand out of water becoming a silent spectator ; a witness to the sea water retreat  .        

To function as a medium between soil and water this building is comprised of three distinct layers :

The second layer is the layer at which the building touches 
 the water at high tide and even captures and holds some of 
the incoming water at spots within its surface . 

The first layer which is the dry layer is located at the top of building .This layer is the extension of the building sites pathways ; and it is through this particular layer that the people are also  drawn inside the complex.

The third layer is in fact the wet layer .It is always within the water . It is through these last two layers that the under water endeavor takes place .Of course inside the building and underneath these layers a multitude of factions and services are taking place .
